Gameweek 19 saw the FPL Updates XI move into the top 10k, with a massive score of 56 points, which turned out be 19 points above the average. This score moved us up to 8,370 overall, and this is how we looked:
So once again Rob Green came up huge, scoring a massive 10 points! Keeping Rob company in the Dreamteam was Alan Hutton who managed to keep a clean sheet and pick up 2 bonus points! We also saw Taylor concede 4 from Liverpool, and 1 point was brought in from Wisdom.
In the middle of the park we saw some more good performances from Hazard, Sigurdsson and captain fantastic – David Silva. Many went and captained Charlie Austin, while we went with Silva and it clearly paid off. Sanchez blanked last week scoring a solitary point.
Up top all three of our strikers did nothing and ended up with the standard 2 points. After their good form of late we have let them off this week.
So to the changes:
Clichy (OUT) -> Dummett (IN)
Kane (OUT) -> Austin (IN)
For Clichy’s price we feel he is not value for money as he is a little bit of a rotation risk. We also brought in Charlie Austin as we feel we don’t want to miss out on his goals with his ownership being so high.
Here is how the team looks:
We start ever reliable Green in goal as QPR host Swansea. Just in front of him we start; Taylor, Dummett and Hutton who play QPR, Burnley and Crystal Palace respectively. Hopefully we can see one of these lads feature in the Dreamteam again this week.
In the middle of the park we are unchanged, starting; Silva, Sanchez, Sigurdsson and Hazard. After a good performance last week, we would like to see them start the new year in the same fashion.
Finally up top we start new boy Charlie Austin, along side both Rooney and Costa.
