Gameweek 13 – Differentials XI

Gameweek 12 has passed, and once again the luck is not in with the Differentials XI, only scoring half of the Gameweek 12 average. This is how the team looked:

Differentials

So Rob managed to make enough saves to bring in an extra point, making that three from the QPR man. Foster sat this week out but he also managed to pick up three points. In front of the keeper we had a bit of a mare with a total of 6 points from the 5 players!… Need I say more?

The midfield wasn’t much better with Cazorla picking up 0 points after playing 36 minutes and picking up a yellow! Moses played 55 minutes and picked up his usual knock and was substituted. Lamela managed a bonus point, but our luck was cut short as he only finished with the three points. Finally, Ross picked up 5 points, which also made him our star man this week… Yes 5 points = Star man!

Finally, van Persie ended the poor week off with just 4 points as he was our captain.

So yes, need I say it again, it was a very poor week and after a poor run of gameweeks, we have hit that wildcard button! So with that here is how the team now looks:

Starting XI: Green (1.7%), Trippier (1.2%), Rangel (0.7%), Mertesacker (3.7%), Cissokho (3.1%), Chamberlain (1.8%), Lallana (0.6%), Bolasie (0.7%), Kane (1.9%), Ayoze (2.8%) van Persie (1.9%)

Bench: Foster (4.9%), Barkley (4.5%), Lamela (2.0%), Alderweireld(1.5%)

We haven’t made any changes in the keeper positions, keeping both Green and Foster. This week, Green gets the nod with the easier fixture. In defence there have been 2 changes bringing in Cissokho & Rangel for Johnson & Reid, who both get a start alongside Trippier & Mertesacker this week. All have fixtures in which they ‘could’ do well, but with the luck that the Differentials XI have at the moment, they will all probably get red cards!

There have been three changes in midfield with Lallana, Chamberlain & Bolasie coming in for Puncheon, Cazorla & Moses. These three all get their debuts, whilst Barkley and Lamela sit on the bench. Hopefully we can start to see some points from these guys in the upcoming gameweeks…

Finally, up top we have taken out Vardy & Adebayor and brought in Kane & Ayoze. Both start alongside van Persie who desperately needs to start finding the back of the net or he might find himself getting the chop and sitting alongside Adebayor & Co. With the fact that van Persie is due a goal, we have backed him to start finding the net against Hull City, so we have captained the Dutchman this week. Lets hope it pays off!
