SHITHOUSE XI – Gameweek 14

So a low scoring week this week with a lot of the big point hitters not living up to expectation. However, for the Shithouse XI, it wasn’t that bad. It could have been even better had we played Smalling instead of placing him on the bench (thankfully!). Here is how they scored:

Shithouse XI

So, gameweek 13 saw these guy haul in a total of 30 points, with a massive 8 coming from the captain Jutkiewicz! They are now ranked 3,228,240 out of 3,373,937 players which is impressive considering a lot of the teams at the bottom will be ghost ships, but this team is definitely not one of them!

Goalkeeper:

Green Rob did us proud this week with a big fat 0. That now means he has only scored 4 points from the last 3 game-weeks. Keep up the good work Robo!

Defenders:

Ward – Ward saw out a 1-1 draw against Swansea and thanks to that goal from Wilfried Bony, he leaves South Wales with nothing more than the 2 points for playing.

Davies – Curtis played the full 90 minutes at Old Trafford against Manchester United but unfortunately conceded 3 goals, resulting in a -1 and therefore 1 point overall.

Brown – Against all the odds, Wes Brown walks away from gameweek 13 with 6 points thanks to a clean sheet against high flying Chelsea. The Black Cats were able to shut out the league leaders which means Wes landed his place as our second highest point scorer.

Midfielders:

N’Zonzi – Steven playing out a 1-0 loss to Liverpool at Anfield thanks to a late Glen Johnson header. Nothing more to add here as he simply collects the 2 points for featuring.

Cattermole – Lee picks up a bonus point for the clean sheet Sunderland maintained, resulting in 3 points overall. An unexpected result some would say!

Flamini – Arsenal came away from The Hawthorns with a 1-0 victory and Flamini played the full 90 minutes, resulting in 3 points in total

Cleverley – Tom and his Villa side saw out a 1-1 draw to Burnley who are currently enjoying a good run of form. Thanks to a booking, Tomo finishes on a single point for the gameweek.

Gardner – Our new signing Craig did not impress in his match against Arsenal, especially in the first half and his point accumulation reflects that with just the 2 points.

Strikers:

Jutkiewicz – Well we definitely chose the wrong captain this week didn’t we? Lukas manages an assist in the 26 mins he was on the field and therefore lands a big 8 points. He won a penalty late on against Villa.

Wickham – As Sunderland failed to score, Wickham only takes home the 2 points for featuring.

GAME-WEEK 14

Shithouse XI

PLAYER OUT

Moore – Liam Moore has been out of favour since gameweek 10, and since he isn’t getting any game time we have taken it upon ourselves to give him the boot from the Shithouse XI.

PLAYER IN

Morgan – Out with one Leicester City player, in with another! Wes Morgan has played a solid 90 minutes every game this season, and has picked up a massive 24 points! This gives him an average of just over 1.8 points per gameweek. Welcome to the Shithouse XI Wes!

This week we have handed Gardner the captains armband in an effort for him to prove his Shithouse worth, whilst himself and West Brom host West Ham at The Hawthorns. Do us proud Craig…
