Captaincy Analysis – Gameweek 6 FPL Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

So here we are, gameweek 6, and another week sees another Fantasy Premier league captaincy analysis! Fantasy football has certainly started off very strange this season, as many of the popular players and captaincy picks are blanking. Chelsea have the worst defensive displays in the league, and everyone seems to have a really low rank! Hopefully this week will be better than the previous five weeks! Here is how last week’s FPL captain picks did:

1. Andre Ayew – 2 points

2. Olivier Giroud – 5 points

3. Sergio Aguero – 1 point

Differential – Bakary Sako – 3 points

Gamble – Harry Kane – 2 points

Onwards and upwards! Here are this week’s picks:

1. Christian Benteke (NOR)

Although they lost to Man United last week, Benteke scored an absolute worldie of an overhead kick, which was unfortunately only a consolation goal, and didn’t get much of a reaction from the ‘neutral’ Martin Tyler! Although Liverpool haven’t started off the year as good as they wanted, Benteke seems to be the only high scorer from the whole team, and as they play Norwich at home, he could be the perfect captain this week!

2. David Silva (WHU)

This was originally meant to be Sergio Aguero. However, as he has been ruled out of the Champions League match, I believe he’ll start on the bench this week, and Silva will return from injury to start. He was in fantastic form before his injury, with the most assists in the league so far (four in four games). I believe he’ll do brilliant this well, even if Aguero doesn’t play.

3.  Callum Wilson (SUN)

Wilson is in fantastic form right now, with four goals in three games. As they play Sunderland this week, I think Wilson will get a goal or two, as Sunderland have one of the worst defensive records in the league.

Differential – Anthony Martial (SOU)

Owned by less than 2%, although I do expect this to increase, I expect him to start this week over Fellaini. His fantastic finish against Liverpool was a glimpse of what he can do, and I believe if he does well, and you’ve captained him, you’ll climb those rankings incredibly quickly! He’s a massive differential, but we know he can deliver the goods!

Gamble – Harry Kane (CRY)

We keep saying this, but surely this has to be Kane’s moment to score! They play Crystal Palace this week who have a good defensive record, but once he starts doing what he did last year, he’ll be unstoppable! Surely he’ll score this week?
