S**THOUSE XI – Gameweek 38 FPL Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Gameweek 37 was a bit of a disaster for the S**THOUSE XI, as all of the subs came on and to make it worse, they scored BIG! The Fantasy Premier League season is coming to an end but before it does, we have gameweek 38, where the aim for the S**THOUSE XI will be to once again score as low as possible!

Before we show you this week’s team, here is how we finished up in gameweek 37:

S**THOUSE XI

Goalkeeper

Artur Boruc – With Brad Guzan not featuring, Boruc came in and unfortunately there was a reason we put him on the bench. He single handedly scored more points than the S**THOUSE XI on a normal gameweek. 11 points…

Defenders

Joleon Lescott – The Villa defender was our captain and for some odd reason he decided to keep a clean sheet on the one week we were depending on a blank…

Steve Cook – Like his counterpart in goal, Cook played the full 90 minutes. Although there was no clean sheet, he managed to pick up an assist! What is going on?!?

Chancel Mbemba – The bad performances continue. 9 points from Mbemba after he picked up a clean sheet and full bonus points. A disastrous start for the S**THOUSE XI.

Younes Kaboul – Normal proceedings seemed to have been restored after Kaboul’s first game when he bagged a big fat ZERO but the demolition of Everton lead to a clean sheet and 2 bonus points! Absolute ‘mare.

Midfielders

Lee Cattermole – This man is a S**THOUSE legend and has never been absent from the team, whether it be last season where he nearly broke the record for the number of yellow cards in a season or this season where he battled against relegation. Despite playing 2 fixtures, a yellow card in both games means 3 points overall.

Victor Wanyama – This man is slowly getting the reputation of Cattermole. Another 2 point return from the Saints man.

Jack Cork – Another lad that loves a 2 point average return and that is what he delivered this week! Spot on!

Francis Coquelin – Francis came off the bench for a 15 minute display. The game had already seen all of it’s goals so he gains just the 1 point for playing.

Gareth Barry – Everton have had a dismal gameweek and with Barry playing only 1 of their 2 games, his points tally suffered. 2 points for playing.

Striker

Saido Berahino – Unfortunately Saido only managed 17 minutes, which is only 1 point. This is good for the team, but rules state that they should be playing more than 60 minutes most weeks, which means he may just be our last transfer this season.

Now onto this week’s team and here is how we line up:

S**THOUSE XI

Transfer

Berahino (OUT) -> Afobe (IN)

With Berahino not playing the full 90 mins anymore, in comes Afobe who has gone a bit goal shy of late.

Captain

This week we have played the final chip we had, being the triple captain chip. Who else could we use it on other than big Joleon Lescott. Don’t let us down Joleon!

Best of luck everyone for the final gameweek of the season. We will be back next week to review the season’s performance of the S**THOUSE XI.
