Differentials XI – Gameweek 11 FPL Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Last week was another horror show! Differentials XI captain and transfer IN Shaqiri got hauled off after 20 minutes and that basically summed the week up in a nutshell. Sideshow Bob also decided to spite me and keep up his impressive run of clean sheets while I had him plonked on the bench. A lot of the popular picks scored highly pushing us even further down the rankings. Frustrating not to see another green arrow, but we are confident that they will be returning soon!

Here’s how the Differentials XI looked at the end of gameweek 10:

2222

The double Everton defence has been a big blunder and is starting to cost us with Coleman and Stekelenburg managing 1 point between them. At the back we had Shawcross, Forster and Mustafi picking up 2 points, whilst Coleman picked up 6 points. Luiz matched this, but was left sitting on the bench.

In the middle of the park, Bolasie and Pereyra picked up 6 points each, whilst Nolito, Eriksen and Shaqiri picked up 2 points a piece. Up top Wilson and Ighalo didn’t do much either with just 3 points between them.

Onto this week’s team. 2 free transfers are at our disposal and we’ve opted to put our faith in Stoke City’s boys. 3 Premier League wins on the bounce means they are on the up and we are looking to take full advantage of that.

Starting XI: Forster 4.5%, Luiz 1.5%, Mustafi 1.7%, Shawcross 2.1%, Eriksen 5.1%, Pereyra 0.6%, Nolito 1.5%, Shaqiri 5.4%, Benteke 7.5%, Wilson 5.2%, Musa 4.0%.

Bench: Stekelenburg 4.5%, Bolasie 6.3%, Coleman 4.7%, Dawson 1.7%.

Forster gets the obvious nod ahead of Stekelenburg looking at his fixture against Hull, who have not won since the opening day. All my Everton boys are on the bench as Chelsea look unstoppable and I reckon another 2/3-0 display is on the cards. Thus meaning my back line is Luiz, Mustafi and Shawcross. David Luiz gets a lot of people calling him out for being erratic but since his return to the Bridge, he seems to have snapped out of that. Mustafi will be looking for a win in his first North London derby. This will be a tight game with Spurs drawing 5 of their opening 10 games. I can see a 1-0 happening either way if it isn’t a 0-0 stalemate. Shawcross is only in the team ahead of Coleman due to his presence from corners.

Pereyra got a fluky assist to keep his place in my team. Nolito is at home to Middlesbrough and I think this match could be an entertaining one if the midweek match against Barcelona is anything to go by. Eriksen is always dangerous from a free kick but is horribly inconsistent in his returns. I’m apprehensive about taking him out due to the fact he has the ability to score in any match. I’m not sure what the injury situation is with Shaqiri but if he’s not fit, Bolasie will come in for me.

Up top, all three of my forwards have tasty fixtures. Benteke away to Burnley, Musa welcomes West Brom and Wilson hosts Sunderland. A goal each has to be expected.
