ARSWAT

Arsenal vs Watford

Arsenal are now in second place after capitalising on the teams around them dropping points by beating Burnley in a rather dramatic way which would have motivated the players tremendously. Watford came back from behind twice against Bournemouth to snatch a point but Mazzarri’s men are winless in their last seven games and an away game against the Gunners just doesn’t look like the game that will change their fortunes.

STAR MAN: Alexis Sanchez (11.9m)

Who else other than the player involved in the most goals for the team; this man has just been on fire this season.

PREDICTION: Arsenal 3-0 Watford

BOUCRY

Bournemouth vs Crystal Palace

Bournemouth could only manage a draw at home against Watford whereas Big Sam’s Palace have been really poor and have managed to gather just one point from their last five games. Things are looking bleak for the Eagles who have to win this game and try and get out of the relegation scrap as soon as possible. The Cherries certainly have the advantage by being at home and will make it really difficult for Big Sam’s men to get the three points.

STAR MAN: Christian Benteke (7.3m)

The big man will trouble the Bournemouth defence with his strength and heading ability and should be crucial if the Eagles are to get anything from this game.

PREDICTION: Bournemouth 1-1 Crystal Palace

Burnley vs Leicester

Burnley vs Leicester City

Burnley away from home against the Gunners were quite impressive and were really unlucky to have not gotten the point that they arguably deserved. They are also the team with the third best home form this season and with Leicester’s struggles this season, this seems to be an opportunity which Burnley will be looking to take and move up the table.

STAR MAN:Andre Gray (6.2m)

Gray has lead the line well for Burnley and will be looking to trouble the Foxes’ defence with the ball at his feet.

PREDICTION: Burnley 2-1 Leicester City

Middlesbrough vs West Brom

Middlesbrough vs West Bromwich Albion

Middlesbrough are winless since gameweek 17 and have not been playing particularly well either. The Baggies on the contrary have been really impressive so far this season and find themselves in eighth place which is much higher than what they would’ve expected for this season. They surely will prove to be a tough opposition and will look to continue their surge having been so good so far.

STAR MAN: Matty Phillips (5.9m)

He has been the spark in this Baggies side and his pace & running behind defenders will definitely be something that will trouble the Boro defence.

PREDICTION: Middlesbrough 0-2 West Bromwich Albion

Sunderland vs Spurs

Sunderland vs Tottenham Hotspur

Sunderland don’t seem to be having any sort of momentum in their season as they head into the final 16 gameweeks having to get out of the bottom three yet again. Spurs on the other hand have one of the best defences in the league and are on the back of a great comeback against City which earned them a point away from home. Seems like an easy Spurs win.

STAR MAN: Christian Eriksen (8.7m)

The Dane has been in the thick of the midfield attack for Spurs and is picking up vital assist points of late.

PREDICTION: Sunderland 0-2 Tottenham Hotspur

SWASOU

Swansea City vs Southampton

Southampton have finally got a much needed win after losing four games on the trot & this week have a visit to the Liberty Stadium to face a side that got a surprising & much needed win at Anfield. Both sides have got the much needed confidence after a dismal run & it will be an intriguing game.

STAR MAN: Gylfi Sigurdsson (7.2m)

A goal & an assist in the last 3 games. A big haul might be just around the corner…

PREDICTION: Swansea City 2-1 Southampton

LIVCHE

Liverpool vs Chelsea

This is definitely the game of the weekend as the league leaders Chelsea travel to Merseyside to face a side that at times have been playing football some of the best football this season. Conte’s side are on the back of yet another win while the Reds have had a dismal run in recent games with 2 draws & a shocking loss in the last 3 games. This fixture definitely promises action & drama and is looking to be a cracker of a contest between two teams at the very summit. Expect a game evenly fought between the sides.

STAR MAN: Philippe Coutinho (8.3m)

The Liverpool no. 10 has committed his long term future to the club this week, so he will definitely be looking to prove his worth yet again & continue building his image as a big game player.

PREDICTION: Liverpool 1-1 Chelsea

WHUMCI

West Ham United vs Manchester City

The absence of Dimitri Payet has definitely instilled a fire among the Hammers side to prove their worth, even without their star man, and they have done just that in each of their last 2 games. Pep’s City side are on the back of 2 disappointing results which has put a big question mark over the hopes City have of qualifying for next season’s Champions League and more. Pep will definitely be longing for the 3 points but the Londoners will be no easy customers.

STAR MAN: Sergio Aguero (12.8m)

The little Argentine has blanked in each of the last 2 games, but do remember he definitely has the ability to single handedly turn the game on its head.

PREDICTION: West Ham United 1-2 Manchester City

Manchester United vs Hull

Manchester United vs Hull City

Jose’s men had their 17 game unbeaten run ended in the EFL Cup at the hands of this week’s Premier League opponents, & despite making it to the EFL Cup final, they will be looking to bounce back in the Premier League from a disappointing away result at the home of the Potters. An easy United win seems to be on the cards.

STAR MAN: Zlatan Ibrahimovic (11.7m)

The big Swede has returned points in each of the last 3 games & a game against the Tigers seems to come at the right time for a massive goal haul.

PREDICTION: Manchester United 3-0 Hull City

STKEVE

Stoke City vs Everton

The Potters have been playing decent football lately, having played out a draw last time out against United which could have easily gone their way. Everton on the other hand are on a 5 match unbeaten run & will definitely be looking to make it 6. It seems like it’ll be an open ended game with sides having ample amount of opportunities to snatch the 3 points.

STAR MAN: Romelu Lukaku (9.6m)

The Belgian has bagged 3 goals & an assist in the last 5 games. He looks to be a must have with Everton’s upcoming fixtures.

PREDICTION: Stoke City 1-3 Everton
