Chelsea vs Leicester City

Chelsea are on the back of an away victory against Hull and will be looking to push on, with the aim of closing in on a top four place, after losing some ground in recent weeks. Leicester City on the other hand will be looking to turn around their fortunes and get back to winning ways, finding the form of last season that has eluded them thus far.

STAR MAN: Eden Hazard (9.9m)

After not hitting the heights of the Euro’s, the Belgian will be looking to make inroads into the foxes defence and find some of that form.

PREDICTION: Chelsea 3-1 Leicester City

Arsenal vs Swansea

The gunners have been in fine form making it five wins on the trot and this wee they are up against a Swansea side that has lost three on the spin. On paper the Gunners should come out easy winners, but the Swans might prove to be stern opponents, considering Arsenal’s past results against the team from Wales.

STAR MAN: Alexis Sanchez (11.3m)

Off to a flyer this season, who else other than this man to put the Swans to the sword.

PREDICTION: Arsenal 3-0 Swansea

Bournemouth vs Hull City

The Cherries have picked up some good form with a win and a draw in each of their last two fixtures and will be looking to continue this against a Hull City side who are tremendously low on confidence after back to back defeats. The fight for survival is already on and it is these fixtures that are crucial in deciding who survives the drop. Hull may just struggle to beat this Bournemouth side who are in good form at the moment.

STAR MAN: Adam Smith (4.6m)

The attacking full back has been impressive in recent weeks and might grab an assist or clean sheet against this weakened Hull City team.

PREDICTION: Bournemouth 1-0 Hull City

Manchester City vs Everton

City saw their first defeat under their new manager last week. This coupled with the loss of Kevin De Bruyne to injury, may just provide Koeman and his men a chance to pick up a result at the Etihad. It definitely won’t be an easy task to beat this free flowing City team however, but this game promises some end to end action and the result could go either way.

STAR MAN: Sergio Aguero (13.1m)

Who else to count upon on big games like these. The Argentine might just add some flare to this game and is always likely to find the back of the net.

PREDICTION: Manchester City 2-2 Everton

Stoke City vs Sunderland

The clash of the bottom two. A potential 6 pointer, between two teams who desperately need a win and some momentum to carry them out of this battle. Stoke’s defence has just been terrible so far and the Black Cats may just look to take of this with the likes of Jermain Defoe always threatening. This game may be very open with both teams pushing for the win and crucially the three points.

STAR MAN: Xherdan Shaqiri (6.3m)

The Swiss wizard showed glimpses of form against United and will be looking to continue to perform this week.

PREDICTION: Stoke City 2-1 Sunderland

West Brom vs Tottenham

The Baggies don’t have much to boast about in recent weeks, but Spurs are on the back of a very convincing victory against Manchester City. If they continue to play in this form it might just be an impossible task for West Brom to get anything out of this game.

STAR MAN: Heung-Min Son (7.6m)

The South Korean striker has been the star man for Spurs in the absence of Kane and is definitely in red hot form.

PREDICTION: West Brom 1-2 Tottenham

Crystal Palace vs West Ham

Both teams earned hard fought draws last weekend and will be looking to pick up another in this London derby. Palace are in the better form of the two teams, but Bilic’s men will be looking to respond to the criticism that has surfaced in recent weeks and will want to prove their doubters wrong. Expect this fixture to be a thrilling and open contest.

STAR MAN: Michail Antonio (7.3m)

After a quiet two weeks this man might just be looking to explode onto the scene and inspire his team to a win.

PREDICTION: Crystal Palace 2-3 West Ham

Middlesbrough vs Watford

Both teams are on the back of a draw from gameweek 7 and are in decent positions in the table, with Watford being the more impressive sides of the two. This fixture may have a lot to offer and will be crucial for either sides to maintain that gap from the bottom of the table. This game could be a cagey affair, but it is likely to see a winner.

STAR MAN: Troy Deeney (7.1m)

The captain will be looking to inspire his team to a victory this week.

PREDICTION: Middlesbrough 0-1 Watford

Southampton vs Burnley

Southampton haven’t had the greatest of starts to this season sitting in 10th position, whereas Burnley have done reasonably well to stay out of the bottom three until now. Burnley are on the back of an agonising defeat tp the hands of the Gunners and have showed defensive steel in their past few fixtures. Southampton will have a difficult task of breaking down this defence in order to claim victory.

STAR MAN: Dusan Tadic (7.2m)

Tadic hasn’t been in the thick of it domestically in recent weeks, but certainly bags the creative spark to open up that Burnley defence. Hopefully he can convert some of his international form into this fixture.

PREDICTION: Southampton 1-0 Burnley

Liverpool vs Manchester United

Games don’t get any bigger than this, the strong rivalry of the past and the new philosophies of the future, so who will triumph? Klopp’s men have been in impeccable form, but the Red Devils from Manchester have just gone off the pace a little and are trying to regain that momentum that they possessed at the starting of the campaign.

STAR MAN: Philippe Coutinho (8.3m)

Coutinho has always been the man that Liverpool can count on for such big occasions and will surely play a huge role in that Liverpool midfield.

PREDICTION: Liverpool 2-2 Manchester United
