The 24th gameweek of the season is upon us and along with it comes a few tasty fixtures. Below we have analysed how each & every fixture could pan out, along with highlighting the men who could help you rise above the rest in FPL.

So good luck & may your arrows be green!

Brighton vs Chelsea

Brighton have been very good at home this season and do not seem to concede many there but they are now are up against one of the top 4 sides in the Blues. Although Chelsea have been struggling in front of goal lately, the Brighton defence will not find it easy to contain their attacking prowess.

STAR MAN: Eden Hazard (10.6m)

The Belgian has been kept quiet in the last three games and will be looking to impact the game to lead his side to victory.

PREDICTION: Brighton 0-2 Chelsea

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace

The Gunners have had a very bad season considering their potential and are already 5 points off the Champions League qualification spots. The Gunners do possess a decent home record and hence will have the confidence to put this Palace side away as soon as possible.

STAR MAN: Alexandre Lacazette (10.3m)

The Frenchman has not been anywhere close to his best lately but it’s about time he showed his calibre up top.

PREDICTION: Arsenal 3-1 Crystal Palace

Burnley vs Manchester United

Burnley have dropped off the pace slightly after earning just two points from the last fifteen available. They will be looking to boost their momentum as Leicester are catching up quickly behind them. The Red Devils will continue their pursuit of the Citizens and will be looking to come away with an away victory.

STAR MAN: Romelu Lukaku (11.3m)

His strength will be useful for United in front of goal against this tough Burnley defence.

PREDICTION: Burnley 0-1 Manchester United

Everton vs West Brom

Everton have slightly fallen offthe pace after losing three games on the spin and manager Sam Allardyce was certainly not happy about the fact they shipped in 4 goals in their previous defeat. West Brom on the other hand finally managed to win a game after beating Brighton at home last gameweek. The Toffees will be looking to get back into form in this fixture.

STAR MAN: Wayne Rooney (7.5m)

Always a threat in front of goal for the Toffees.

PREDICTION: Everton 2-0 West Brom

Leicester vs Watford

Not much needs to be said about the Foxes’ form as they have won just one of their last five fixtures, even though they have played well with the likes of Mahrez and Vardy clicking finally. Watford have had a tough time away from home and this game won’t be any different with the support that the Leicester fans will give the home team.

STAR MAN: Jamie Vardy (8.5m)

Will be looking to extend his goal tally and help his team earn those three points.

PREDICTION: Leicester 2-1 Watford

Stoke vs Huddersfield

Both the Potters and the Terriers are on the back of heavy defeats coming into this fixture. Both these sides will be looking to bounce back & it will be all coming down to who wants it the most. It will be interesting to see how Paul Lambert does in his first game as Stoke manager.

STAR MAN: Xherdan Shaqiri (6.0m)

He is always one to look out for when the Potters go forward.

PREDICTION: Stoke 2-1 Huddersfield

West Ham vs Bournemouth

Moyes’ Hammers side comes into this game on the back of a dominating away win against Huddersfield & this week they are up against a high on confidence Bournemouth side, having overcome the Gunners last weekend. Both sides will be looking to carry forward this momentum, and by the looks of it, this game will be an end to end one, with a few goals in it.

STAR MAN: Marko Arnautovic (7.0m)

5 goals in 6 league matches. Tempted!?

PREDICTION: West Ham 3-2 Bournemouth

Manchester City vs Newcastle

The Citizens come into this game having had their unbeaten streak ended at the hands of Klopp’s Liverpool side. Pep will be looking to bounce back with a win, & this Newcastle side doesn’t look like one to be stopping them.

STAR MAN: Sergio Aguero (11.7m)

If you have him, captain him.

PREDICTION: Manchester City 4-0 Newcastle

Southampton vs Tottenham

The Saints are on a terrible run of form as they sit just 1 place above the relegation zone. This week they lock horns with a Spurs side hungry to get into the top 4, and we certainly can’t see the Saints taking much from this fixture.

STAR MAN: Harry Kane (13.0m)

20 goals in 23 league games + a hat-trick in the reverse fixture. He is certainly the one to own.

PREDICTION: Southampton 1-3 Tottenham

Swansea vs Liverpool

The Reds come into this fixture having become the first team in the league to have overcome Pep’s City side, which saw them rise to 3rd in the league. The Reds are in top form & certainly look hungry for more. An easy win for Klopp and his side seems to be on the cards.

STAR MAN: Mohamed Salah (10.2m)

With Coutinho gone, could you look past him…!?

PREDICTION: Swansea 1-3 Liverpool
