Differential Picks – FPL Gameweek 26 Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Gameweek 25’s differential picks went well. It was the double gameweek picks, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Kevin De Bruyne that disappointed. However, Jan Bednarek picked up an assist and bonus points, Son continued his great form with a goal against Newcastle, and new boy Michy Batshuayi grabbed a late assist for Crystal Palace. Here are some options for this weekend.

CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN – £9.3m – TSB: 6.0% – Leicester (H)

Tottenham’s talismanic midfielder Christian Eriksen might be worth picking up ahead of a home game against Leicester City. The Dane has had a total of 12 shots and 10 chances created in his last four gameweeks and Leicester have conceded in six of the last seven gameweeks. Eriksen will have a share of set-pieces and if Kieran Trippier misses out, he’ll benefit greatly in this area.

ANTHONY MARTIAL – £7.2m – TSB: 5.5% – Fulham (A)

With Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba producing consistently now for weeks, most fantasy managers have doubled up on the Man United duo. However, it might be time to give early season favourite Anthony Martial another chance. The Frenchman is back from injury and will be raring to regain his form against a Fulham side that have conceded at least 2 goals in each of their last five league fixtures.

JONNY OTTO – £4.3m – TSB: 2.7% – Newcastle (H)

There’s no doubt that Wolves right-back Matt Doherty has been one of, if not the best defensive fantasy pick this season. However, left-back Jonny comes in a whole £1.0m cheaper at this stage of the season and provides a lot of potential too. Wolves are in fantastic form, winning their last three fixtures, scoring 10 goals and keeping a clean sheet in the process. As an attacking full-back, Jonny offers the possibility of returns at both ends of the pitch and has Newcastle, Bournemouth, Huddersfield and Cardiff in the next four. He’s a great enabler and doesn’t blank in gameweek 27.

PASCAL GROSS – £6.7m – TSB: 1.7% – Burnley (H)

An FPL favourite of last year, Pascal Gross is starting to look like the asset he was previously, with a goal and 2 assists in his last five fixtures. Gross has had 9 shots and 19 attempted assists in this time period and takes set-pieces. Brighton do have a blank fixture in gameweek 27 after a home game against Burnley, but if managers are willing to bench him for just a week, he has games at home to Huddersfield, Cardiff and Southampton in a nice run of five fixtures after.

MIGUEL ALMIRON – £6.0m – TSB: 0.2% – Wolves (A)

Typically, here is yet another extreme differential option to finish! Almiron recently signed for Newcastle from MLS side Atlanta for £21m and could make his debut at Wolves on Monday after ruling himself ready and keen to play. The Paraguayan playmaker has scored 21 goals and picked up 21 assists in 62 career league appearances and his 13 goals for Atlanta helped them to their first MLS Cup last season. If he finds his feet early, he could be a nice Richarlison replacement for those looking to sell.
