Premier Punt – Gameweek 3 FPL Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Gameweek 2 has been and gone as we saw the first Friday night kick off of the season. Our FREE to enter Premier Punt league was a huge success, as we had nearly 100 punters join our league and battle it out for the £25 cash prize! Well done to Adrian Campey who came 1st and 2nd (you can enter 3 line-ups)!

With that being said we are going to be running the same league in gameweek 3, a FREE entry league with a cash prize of £25! If you fancy the chance to compete against us and many others over at Premier Punt, be sure to join us using the following steps:

In order to join the league, you need to follow some simple steps:

  1. Log-in or register on the Premier Punt website
  2. Once logged in, choose “Premier League – Week 3”
  3. Pick the team you think will beat us…
  4. Join the challenge “FPL Updates Freeroll” and use the password “UPDATES”

With that being said, here’s what we hope to be the winning team:

Premier Punt

Defence

At the back we have gone for our usual tactic. Admittedly, this hasn’t been working for us of late but with the success we had last season, we will stick with fielding 2 teams in a back 4. This week we have CourtoisAzpilicueta from Chelsea and Shaw & Valencia from Manchester United. Chelsea play Burnley and Man United play Hull; surely we can get a clean sheet or two here.

Midfielders

In the middle of the park we have 4 extremely attacking players. Firstly we have Ross Barkley who has started the season well and faces Stoke City, who had 4 put past them last week. Next we have Redmond who appears to be playing up front with Long, which is promising as they host Sunderland this week. Ramirez and Middlesbrough have looked good this season and he earns himself a spot in our team this week as they face West Brom. Finally we have Andros Townsend, who surely will find a goal soon. He has come close on a number of occasions this season, surely its only a matter of time?

Forwards

Last week we made the horrific mistake of leaving both Aguero and Ibrahimovic out of our team. There is always a first and a last time… Aguero takes the vice captaincy as he plays at home to West Ham. Ibrahimovic takes the captaincy as he and United visit Hull. Finally we have a cheap filler in Stuani who found the net twice last week, same again?

Join our free to enter gameweek 3 league. Enter the FPL Updates competition using password UPDATES and you can take on our team for part of the £25 pot of real cash. It’s free to enter here. There are also plenty of other leagues; some free entry, some paid, so take your pick!
