Differentials XI – FPL Gameweek 26 Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Last week saw some unusual red arrows for the Differentials XI, after what had been a really good run for the team.

Here’s how they looked at the end of the week:

At the back we saw 3 clean sheets which helped the points tally but it was up front where we saw a downfall in points. 21 points between 6 players including our captain which will need to be improved in the coming weeks.

This week we have made just the 3 transfers:

Pereyra (OUT) -> Chadli (IN)
Stekelenburg (OUT) -> Robles (IN)
Rose (OUT) -> Fonte (IN)

It may be a bit of a punt playing an 8 point hit, but it sets us up nicely for the blank gameweeks. Foster blanks this week and with Stekelenburg not playing, we bring in his team mate Robles. With Pereyra and Rose also unlikely to get any game time due to injury, they make way for an in-form Nacer Chadli and Jose Fonte. The other bonus with all three is that they don’t have a blank coming up!

Here’s how the team looks for the coming week:

Starting XI: Robles (0.9%), Luiz (5.3%), Shawcross (1.8%), Funes Mori (3.3%), Dawson (1.4%), Fonte (3.5%), Sigurdsson (9.8%), Barkley (7.7%), Chadli (1.6%), Rondon (7.2%), Benteke (5.5%)

Bench: Forster (4.2%), Mkhitaryan (2.9%), Ozil (6.3%), Giroud (3.5%)

In goal we start Robles who faces Sunderland this week, so we are hopeful of a clean sheet here. Then we start a back five of; Funes Mori, Fonte, Dawson, Luiz and Shawcross. Usually we wouldn’t play this formation but due to blank gameweeks, we had no choice, but there is some potential for fantasy points with all of them having favourable fixtures apart from Shawcross who faces Spurs.

In the middle of the park we start our three midfielders of Sigurdsson, Barkley and Chadli. With Sigurdsson playing Chelsea, there may not be much potential for points here, but Chadli and Barkley have decent games against Bournemouth and Sunderland respectively.

Finally up top we captain Benteke who plays at home to Middlesbrough. It’s a bit of a punt, but it might just come off as Palace need to start picking up points from somewhere. Alongside him, Rondon completes our trio of West Brom players as they come up against Bournemouth this week.

Our bench is full of players that are blanking this week. They are also likely to blank in gameweek 28 so we need to prepare for that too.

Best of luck one and all!
