Differentials XI – FPL Gameweek 33 Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Last week’s haul of 80 points propelled the team comfortably into the top 900k in the world. Here’s how the Differentials XI looked at the end of the week.

Keeping the faith in Son paid off with an incredible 38 points on his own! Kind of wish I’d used that precious triple captain chip! Mkhitaryan scored, with Vertonghen, Fonte and Forster being the other main contributors.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. No transfers needed this week, just a slight tweak to the starting eleven. Here’s how the team lines up this week:

Starting XI: Robles (1.4%), Shawcross (1.8%), Fonte (3.3%), Vertonghen (5.7%), Ozil (6.0%), Mkhitaryan (2.4%), Barkley (7.6%), Son (9.7%), Carroll (4.5%), Janssen (0.8%), Gray (4.9%)

Bench: Forster (4.0%), Milner (5.6%), Luiz (5.2%), Dawson (2.3%)

The first of those changes is in-between the sticks. I’m not confident in either keeper keeping a cleanie so I’m favouring Joel Robles solely for the fixture. Burnley don’t score many on the road so fingers crossed. The second and last tweak from last week’s success is bringing in Ryan Shawcross for Luiz. At home to Hull, I fancy him more than David away at Old Trafford. Jose Fonte and Jan Vertonghen remain with Sunderland and Bournemouth respectively and hopefully they replicate last week’s clean sheets.

Mesut Ozil put his contract talks on hold for the season to focus on getting top 4 with Arsenal and against Boro, nothing less than a win is expected. Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored last weekend and last night against Anderlecht in the Europa League, so let’s pray he can continue in that vein of form. Ross Barkley‘s gone quietly about his business in recent weeks and I was close to giving him the armband this week, although Son Heung-Min’s farewell fixture (due to his ownership spring) against Bournemouth was reason enough to let him have the captaincy once again.

Up top is weak again with Andre Gray facing Everton, Vincent Janssen likely to be replaced by Kane and Andy Carroll being a useless load of s**te. He’s so frustrating to watch but with Sunderland this Saturday, I’m in a positive mood over his performance to come.
