Differentials XI – Gameweek 20 FPL Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Another good week for the Differentials XI!

Before we continue to analyse the team, here is how they looked at the end of the week:

Although it was a good week, it was the three man midfield that dominated the scoring. Willian, Alli and Snodgrass managed a combined 54 points with the fact that Willian was my captain, grabbing himself 2 goals. Alli, the new transfer in, justified his manger’s claims that he is worth at least 50m with an expert midfield performance against Watford on Sunday afternoon. Snodgrass can find himself unlucky that he didn’t bag more than just the single goal with him also hitting the woodwork from a spectacular free kick during Friday Night Football. What was disappointing though was the contribution from the other 8 players with them only mustering a woeful 13 points between them.

This week we make one change:

Wilson (OUT) -> Giroud (IN)

Here’s how the Differentials XI line up:

Starting XI: Forster (5.3%), Luiz (4.1%), Rose (7.8%), Shawcross (1.7%), Dawson (1.4%), Alli (7.3%), Willian (3.9%), Snodgrass (6.0%), Giroud (1.8%), Rondon (8.8%), Benteke (9.2%)

Bench: Stekelenburg (2.8%), Pedro (2.7%), Coleman (4.8%), Pereyra (0.3%)

In the net remains Forster. Away to Everton, I’m not expecting anything special but Stekelenburg remains on the sidelines so I don’t have any option. Two solid performers, Luiz and Rose, face each other in the London derby and I’m praying at least one of them will return points. I’m maintaining the 4 at the back this weekend due to Willian’s performance making it likely that Pedro will remain out of the Chelsea side. This means Shawcross and Dawson both get a place in the side. At home to Watford and Hull, points may well be returned!

Onto the midfield. It’s the same again. Don’t change it if it ain’t broke. 5 goals from the Willian, Alli and Snodgrass combination means I’m not touching them this week! The only downside with my squad this gameweek is that Luiz, Willian, Rose and Alli all feature in the same game and thus minimising the points return potential.

Up top has been lacking for some time. NA NA NA NA NA NA GIROUD‘s wonder goal coupled with his low ownership means it was time to freshen things up. He’s started the last 2 games, bagging goals in both. Benteke has the opportunity to find his scoring boots against Swansea and Rondon should be fighting fit after his rest at the weekend to take on Hull.
