Ali Reghba – Fantasy Football Potential

Leicester City have announced the signing of highly rated Ali Reghba from Irish side Bohemians for an undisclosed fee. Aged just 19, Reghba was on trial with the Foxes and performed well enough in their under-23’s to warrant a permanent deal.

With Regbha leaving the Bohemian’s, boos Keith Long said that; “Everyone at Bohemians wishes Ali the very best of luck in his move and in Armenia with the Under-19s. He’s a successful graduate of our U19s and underage system and we wish him the very best for the future”

Player History

The 19 year old centre forward joined Bohemians from Shelbbourne in 2018. The centre forward scored twice on his under-19’s debut against St Patricks and subsequently has been used mainly as a sub in the league for the senior side, with 8 appearances off the bench during the 2018/19 campaign.

Reghba was born in German, but due to his Irish decent he is eligible to play for the Republic of Ireland and has featured for their youth sides.

Fantasy Football Potential

The centre forward will initially join the Leicester City development squad, along with recent signings George Hirst and Daley-Campbell, with the potential to join up with the first team in the future. It is therefore highly unlikely that we will see Ali Reghba feature in Fantasy Premier League this season; however he certainly will be one to keep an eye on for the future.
