Differentials XI – Gameweek 21

Differentials XI unfortunately saw red arrows once again last week, after a score of 38 points which was 4 points below the average. Here is how they performed:

So Simon Mignolet didn’t do much and only brought home a single point, but Rob Green didn’t do much better only scoring 3 points. In defence, Cissokho smashed it again scoring a huge 8 points, whilst Rangel and Trippier only manged 2 points between them.

In midfield the main mistake was captaining Samir Nasri, however there were positives as Fer scored 10 points after he bagged a goal. Bolasie is off to the African Cup of Nations, so we will likely have to replace him this week.

Finally, Falcao managed to bag another goal, bringing in 7 points. Meanwhile, Benteke blanked again.

So, onwards and upwards. The changes:

Lallana (OUT) -> Johnson (IN)

Bolasie (OUT) -> Oscar (IN)

Two changes this week as we saw two red flags in the team, so in come Oscar and Johnson, who are two cracking differentials with bags of potential.

Here is the line-up:

Differentials

Starting XI: Green (2.6%), Mertesacker (3.6%), Cissokho (5.0%), Rangel (0.7%), Trippier (1.7%), Fer (1.4%), Nasri (2.3%), Oscar (4.6%), Grioud (3.8%), Benteke (1.8%), Falcao (2.6%)

Bench: Mignolet (3.9%), Johnson (2.9%), Alderweireld (2.1%), Barkley (3.9%)

This week we have stuck the reliable Rob Green in goal, as he arguably has the easier fixture this week. Just infront of him we start a back 4 of Mertesacker, Cissokho, Rangel and Trippier, who all have fixtures in which they should perform well, and possibly keep us a clean sheet.

We only start 3 in midfield this week, being Fer, Nasri and Oscar, with new signing Johnson ready to step onto the pitch if anyone doesn’t feature.

Finally we start a front 3 of Falcao, Benteke and Giroud. This week we have also given the armband to Giroud who will want to impress after letting his team down with the red card which saw him be suspended.
