So here is our gameweek 27 entry:

Mondogoal

Goalkeeper

This week see’s four teams miss out due to the Captial One Cup final, nevertheless we start with Adrian in goal, as he and West Ham host Crystal Palace, which surely favours a win for the Hammers, and possibly a clean sheet.

Defenders

Just in front of him; we start Calum Chambers, who didn’t feature in Arsenal’s loss midweek. We expect Wenger to shuffle the pack and give the Englishman a start, as they look to find their feet again. Alongside him we start Swansea’s new boy Kyle Naughton, who has been impressive since joining Swansea. Not only does he give some defensive solidarity to the Swans, he also brings some offensive threat too. Our final defender is Marc Wilson, who we fancy to keep a clean sheet against Hull City.

Midfielders

This week we start with 4 in midfield. Starting off we have Angel Di Maria, who has looked a bit lost of late, but he is world class, so surely it won’t be long for him to re-find his form… will it? Next we have Moussa Sissoko. Newcastle are in dyer form at present, but if anyone can provide some magic for The Magpies it is this Frenchman, who at times shows signs of pure class. Our penultimate midfielder is Eljero Elia, who has managed to fit into Southampton’s team with ease, and gives them some great attacking threat. Hopefully the Dutchman can produce some of this form this week against West Brom. Last but not least we have the big man Jonjo Shelvey, who managed to score last week! This legend among men will want to continue this form as he and Swansea take a visit to Burnley this week.

Strikers

Up top, and first on the team sheet is the Argentine wizard, Sergio Aguero. He is in good form at the moment, and as City look to keep up the pressure on Chelsea with a fixture against Liverpool, we are sure he will be involved some way or another. We then start Jonathan Walters, who since scoring a hat-trick in gameweek 23 hasn’t done much more. It can only be a matter of time for the Stoke forward to find the back of the net again, and what better time to do so than against Hull City this week. Finally up top we start Diafra Sakho. With Carroll out, he will most definitely start and with the Hammers facing Crystal Palace in the early kick off this week, he will certainly fancy getting on the score sheet here.
