2 In 2 Out – Fantasy Premier League Tips – Gameweek 12 FPL Tips

Welcome to the fourth edition of two in two out! The series where I tell YOU which two Fantasy Premier League players to bring in and which two players to kick out with the aim of giving you green FPL arrows!

Last article I told you to bring BACK in Sanchez after he made me look silly and he failed to score or assist in both games since, typical! But we all know he will be back, from experience! I also told you to bring in Bony who is currently standing in for Aguero, the striker managed to do NOTHING. Awful. I then told you to bring out Hazard and Clyne which saved the article as they both scored bare minimum points.

Who to bring in and kick out for the next few gameweeks? Let me tell you!

IN

Romelu Lukaku (Everton, Striker, £8.5m)

Lukaku has scored 6 league goals in 11 games so far this season and the fairly impressive turnover has somewhat gone off the radar. He recently got one goal and two assists against a struggling Sunderland and the fixture list is looking very bright for Everton and Lukaku. Everton’s next 5 fixtures are- West Ham (A), Aston Villa (H), Bournemouth (A), Crystal Palace (H) and Norwich (A). They are all winnable fixtures and for me makes the £8.5m forward a bargain as surely he must score in at least three of them?! If you are still struggling to be convinced, here are Everton’s three fixtures AFTER the games I just mentioned- Leicester (H), Newcastle (A) and Stoke (H). These fixtures are just too tempting and I will certainly be putting Lukaku into my team in the near future, so you should do the same!

Mesut Ozil (Arsenal, Midfielder, £8.7m)

What I like to call the “Ozil Brigade” have gone quiet recently! The “overrated and lazy” Mesut Ozil has been on FIRE this season. He has been shutting mouths and opening up defences like there is no tomorrow! The World Cup winner has recorded seven assists in his last five games and is sat on top of the overall assist leaderboard in the Premier League. At only £8.7m (cheaper than Hazard and Mata), Ozil has to come up against: Spurs (H), West Brom (A) and Norwich (A) in his next three and I don’t think he has finished just yet. What more can I say? 16.6% have the right idea and I can only see that percentage rising and rising. Ozil brings points, green arrows and me a lot of joy when I say “told you so!”. Get him in.

OUT

Toby Alderweireld (Spurs, Defender, £5.3m)

Toby Alderweireld and Spurs have been defensively sound this season and if you are a loyal reader you will remember I featured him in my “Bargain defenders” article (you are welcome!). He’s scored one, assisted one and kept four clean sheets this season in a tricky start from Spurs making him the 7th highest scoring defender. But why am I taking him out? Fixtures! I can’t see Spurs keeping a clean sheet in their next three games of: Arsenal (A), West Ham (H) and Chelsea (H). He’s a fairly expensive defender and is it worth keeping him if he’s scoring 2 points every game? I don’t think so! I think it’s unlikely Spurs will keep a clean sheet and that is the reason I’m telling 16% of you to take him out! Sorry, Toby.

Yaya Toure (Man City, £8.6m, Midfielder)

It’s clear to see that Yaya Toure isn’t enjoying his football. Yaya Toure has only scored ONE goal since the first game of the season and that was a penalty. He looks a shadow of the man that scored 20 (yes, 20) goals in the 13/14 season. 16.2% of you have got him and now is the time to take him out, especially when you have the likes of Mahrez (£6.2m) and Payet (£8.0m) scoring points week in week out. Can anyone remember the last time we saw Toure make one of those unstoppable runs forward? I certainly can’t. Now is the time to bring him out.

Did you get green arrows this week? Let us know! Hopefully this article will help you get the lovely arrows next week.

Good luck!
