Captaincy Analysis – Gameweek 9 FPL Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

So the international break took over this week and destroyed many the weekends, which are usually filled with Premier League football! Thankfully it’s all over and we can carry on with fantasy football! Firstly, lets take a look at how last weeks FPL picks did and to be fair they smashed it:

1. Dimitri Payet – 10 points

2. Jamie Vardy – 9 points

3. Kevin De Bruyne – 15 points

Differential – Saido Mane – 11 points

Gamble – Alexis Sanchez – 16 points

Now onto this weeks picks:

1. Graziano Pelle (LEI)

The Saints forward is in fantastic form at the moment, scoring a whopping 35 fantasy football points in the past three weeks, with one of those games against the champions, Chelsea! This week they take on Leicester City at home, who have conceded 15 goals this season, fourth worst in the league. Surely he will bag one or two is weekend?

2. Kevin De Bruyne (BOU)

De Bruyne is also in top form, scoring 32 points in the last three weeks. Manchester City have a tasty fixture this weekend in the form of Bournemouth at home. This fixture should be producing plenty of goals from both teams, hopefully seeing Kevin on the scoresheet! Unfortunately Aguero has been ruled out injured for several weeks, but this could mean De Bruyne plays in more of an attacking role.

3. Alexis Sanchez (WAT)

Alexis has been back to his terrific form of late, scoring 38 points in the last three weeks, with 5 goals in two weeks! This week Arsenal do have a somewhat tricky fixture against Watford away from home. The Hornets have shown that they do have a fairly decent defence, especially at home. However, with Sanchez’s form of late, he should be able to score some good fantasy football points this weekend!

Differential – Diego Costa (AVL)

Although Costa has made an absolutely terrible start to this seasons campaign, he surely must end his drought by scoring soon? This weekend, Chelsea play Aston Villa and given that Mourinho has had two weeks to change his tactics and style of play, surely Chelsea will get the win this Saturday?

Gamble – Jamie Vardy (SOU)

Despite Jamie Vardy’s form, Leicester City will definitely struggle against an in form Southampton side this weekend, hence why he is a bit of a gamble. Southampton put Chelsea to bed last week, and we expect a similar story this week against Leicester. However, Vardy is always likely to score, therefore if he does manage to do well, you’ll be sure to climb the rankings! As they say, he who dares, wins!

Thanks for reading this week, we hope everyone has a good FPL week!
