In a FPL gameweek where a lot of managers regretted playing their wildcard due to the gameweek 21’s low scoring nature, our team did really well. With Payet’s ownership just a little below 10%, I always knew that he would be leaving the Fantasy Premier League Differentials XI very soon. That one week punt however, turned out to be the difference as Payet racked up 11 points and we got 22 as our captain, Shaqiri, didn’t play! We racked up 48 points to notch up yet another green arrow, hopefully the same in gameweek 22!
With Payet’s ownership sky rocketing due to his assist and goal, he has now been replaced by relegation-threatened, Newcastle’s Wijnaldum. He is involved in pretty much everything that they do. Courtois, who will come up against Lukaku and company, drops to the bench and joining him will be Wollscheid, Delaney and Shaqiri.
