After a high-scoring game-week 10, let’s hope this mega score madness continues into game-week 11, with some mouth-watering ties on the horizon.
Liverpool Vs Chelsea
A top 3 clash always promises to be a good one, but with Liverpool experiencing some pretty poor form as of late, we expect Chelsea to continue their impressive unbeaten record this season with getting three points at Anfield.
STAR MAN – Cesc FABREGAS
This guy is on fire, and we like to call him the postman because he always delivers, and Fabregas will look to get his assists tally into double figures this weekend.
Burnley Vs Hull
It is not looking great for Burnley with no wins all season, whilst Hull are not doing too well either with only one win in seven, so we think that a draw is probably the outcome of this one with hopefully both sides getting on the score sheet.
STAR MAN – Abel HERNANDEZ
Steve Bruce’s new signing has been in rapid form and he will look to find the back of the net once more (or even twice more) against a leaky defence.
Man Utd Vs Crystal Palace
Surely Van Gaal can’t mess this one up! A home tie against a team tipped to go down last season should most definitely result in a home win for the Red Devils, especially with Palace unable to field the likes of Zaha due to him being on loan.
STAR MAN – Angel DI MARIA
This guy has just too much individual quality to doubt him in a game like this where he should be able to pick up the ball in lots of space and create chances a plenty, as well as grab a goal or two.
Southampton Vs Leicester
To most people’s surprise, Southampton are in second place in the Premier League and are unbeaten at home, whilst Leicester have been poor and have not won a game since their victory over Manchester United. Three points for the Saints should be easy.
STAR MAN – Graziano PELLE
This Italian addition to the league has hit the ground running and as well as getting lots of goals, he has also been unlucky, hitting the woodwork four times this season but we expect his luck to change in this fixture.
West Ham Vs Aston Villa
West Ham have had an excellent start to the season and sit just below the top four, whereas Aston Villa have scored one goal in six matches, losing all of them. Big Sam should be able to come out on top in the claret and blue battle.
STAR MAN – Enner VALENCIA
Valencia’s heading ability is one of the best in the Premier League so we expect him to get on the end of every cross, and he proved last weekend he can also make goals too.
QPR Vs Man City
Despite QPR looking to make the most of their home form, it is hard to see Man City dropping any points at Loftus Road, especially since they are buzzing following their derby day win on Sunday. Manuel Pellegrini should triumph.
STAR MAN – Sergio AGUERO
We have had ten game-weeks and Aguero has ten goals, this Argentinian is on fire and he should be able to score even more in the late kick-off.
Sunderland Vs Everton
Sunderland has struggled this season and has had some horror performances recently, and it will be hard for them to pick up more points against an ever-growing Everton side who have looked impressive at the back.
STAR MAN – Leighton BAINES
With five assists this season from left back, as well as the set-piece taker, Baines looks set to build on his impressive performances with a clean sheet at the Stadium of Light.
Tottenham Vs Stoke
Tottenham have not played at their best this season yet they lie three points off the top four, and the strength in their play should continue against a rather inconsistent Stoke side who have a tendency to give away points from winning positions.
STAR MAN – Harry KANE
Some would call it a punt, but when this guy gets the opportunity to play, he delivers. He is strong in the air, with good ball control and an eye for the target, finding it nine times already this campaign.
West Brom Vs Newcastle
Newcastle have been in unbelievable form as Alan Pardew seems to have turned things around for the Toon, and an edgy West Brom side sit comfortably in mid-table, but we expect Newcastle to march on and grab the win.
STAR MAN – Mehdi ABEID
Following his man of the match accolade in his debut last week, Abeid will look to benefit from his driving runs forward as well as taking the set pieces, along with a second clean sheet to his name.
Swansea Vs Arsenal
Arsenal have only lost one league game all season, whilst Swansea have enjoyed a solid start after gaining an impressive point at Goodison Park. It will probably be too much for Garry Monk to get the win, but his boys will certainly look to gain a point.
STAR MAN – Alexis SANCHEZ
One of the bright sparks of the season, Sanchez is an all-round player with fantastic speed and agility who should look to continue his goal-scoring run from attacking midfield.
