The last round of fixtures did not disappoint and proved how high scoring the Premier League can be. With the 11th gameweek of the season wrapped up, we now must set ourselves for the next gameweek which follows and who knows what it’s got in store for us. Take a look at our brief insight on how each game could pan out, with our star picks to go with it.

Best of luck and may your arrows be green!

Cardiff vs Brighton

Another week but the same old story for the boys from Wales. With Brighton defending as a unit of late, the points should be coming their way.

STAR MAN: Glen Murray (6.6m)

6 goals already this season. He will indeed be eyeing up more.

PREDICTION: Cardiff 1-2 Brighton Hove Albion

Huddersfield vs West Ham

Finally the Terriers have got their first win of the season against a shambolic Fulham side. This week they lock horns with the Hammers, who have been firing of late, after the return of their talisman. An away win seems to be on cards.

STAR MAN: Marko Arnautovic (7.1m)

The Austrian can single handedly turn the game for his side.

PREDICTION: Huddersfield Town 0-3 West Ham United

Leicester vs Burnley

First home game for Leicester since the horrendous helicopter crash almost 2 weeks ago. It is bound to be an emotional day, but the Foxes will want to do anything and everything for the win.

STAR MAN: Jamie Vardy (9.0m)

Without a goal in each of his last 4 games. If not now then when!?

PREDICTION: Leicester City 2-1 Burnley

Newcastle vs Bournemouth

The Cherries have been flying high this season as they sit 6th in the league table. The Toon on the contrary have just the single win this season. I guess we know how this game is bound to shape up.

STAR MAN: Callum Wilson (6.7m)

If you still haven’t got him, you might soon need him following his England call up.

PREDICTION: Newcastle United 0-2 Bournemouth

Southampton vs Watford

The Hornets come into this game on the back of a disappointing away defeat at St. James’s Park. The Saints on the contrary were hammered at the hands of a ruthless City. Both these sides will be looking to hit back hard, and this could just bring the best out of them.

STAR MAN: Danny Ings (5.5m)

The man seems to be on form and hungry for some goals.

PREDICTION: Southampton 1-1 Watford

Crystal Palace vs Tottenham

The Eagles have been nothing but toothless of late having been winless in each of their last 5 league games. Spurs on the contrary have bounced back after the result against champions City, and they shouldn’t have any problem taking home the points in this one.

STAR MAN: Harry Kane (12.4m)

He will be on the end of a number of chances.

PREDICTION: Crystal Palace 1-2 Tottenham Hotspur

Liverpool vs Fulham

The Reds come into this game off the back of a disappointing result away in their European encounters and will be looking to get back on track. You really can’t ask for a better opponent to do exactly that against than Fulham.

STAR MAN: Mohamed Salah (13.0m)

It will be fun watching him test the Fulham defence.

PREDICTION: Liverpool 4-1 Fulham

Chelsea vs Everton

Chelsea have been taking every game by the scruff of the neck under new boss Sarri and have shown signs of only getting better. This week they face another attack minded side in Everton, and all we can expect is an end to end game with a plethora of chances for both sides.

STAR MAN: Eden Hazard (11.3m)

The little Belgian will be raring to go.

PREDICTION: Chelsea 3-1 Everton

Arsenal vs Wolves

Wolves have really started their season on the front foot and have been subsequently building on each result. This week they’re up against a free flowing Arsenal side at the Emirates. With the firepower the Gunners possess, they should just nip it.

STAR MAN: Alexandre Lacazette (9.7m)

Just the one goal in the last 3 games. He will certainly have an eye for goal.

PREDICTION: Arsenal 2-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Manchester City vs Manchester United

Super Sunday ends with undoubtedly the game of the gameweek with 2 Manchester giants going head to head. Pep and his boys have been great throughout this season and will surely be looking to have a go at that United back 4, but with Mourinho being in the opposite dugout, you can always expect a tactical masterclass.

STAR MAN: Anthony Martial (7.5m)

The Frenchman’s presence will be key to United’s result.

PREDICTION: Manchester City 1-2 Manchester United
