Captaincy Analysis – Gameweek 32 FPL Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Welcome to our FPL captaincy analysis for the upcoming gameweek 32. Many managers are already looking ahead to the crucial double gameweeks which follow this but it is still a big gameweek which we are now preparing for. As always we will examine the main options for your captain’s armband and hopefully this article will help you make up your mind.

1. Harry Kane – 16 points

2. Jamie Vardy – 5 points

3. Romelu Lukaku – 2 points

Differential – Gylfi Sigurdsson – 5 points

Gamble – Sergio Aguero – 2 points

So now onto this week’s picks:

1. Sergio Aguero (BOU)

The City striker has been poor over the past few weeks but as anyone who has played this game for a while knows, you simply can’t write off Sergio Aguero. When he gets the chance the Argentine is lethal so can be a great source of points. A tough trip to Bournemouth awaits Manchester City however the Cherries have found clean sheets hard to come by so Aguero may well get himself back amongst the goals on Saturday. An option worth considering.

2. Willian (AVL)

Whenever one of your players is playing Aston Villa then you should always think about giving them the captaincy. Chelsea have improved under the temporary stewardship of Guus Hiddink so you would expect the Blues of Chelsea will find a trip to Villa park no problem. Chelsea could quite easily run riot so you should definitely think about the Brazilian when you pick your captain.

3. Mesut Ozil (WAT)

Ozil has been a consistent source of points this season and has laid on many assists. The German has been the heartbeat of the Arsenal team which has made him a permanent fixture in many FPL sides. The Gunners host Watford and will be looking to avenge their FA Cup defeat from a few weeks ago. Ozil is maybe not as explosive as some of the other options but you are likely to get some return from the German.

Differential – Dimitri Payet (CRY)

The Hammers man has been a revelation since his summer arrival from Marseille. Payet has been one of the highest scoring midfielders in the game so it comes as no surprise that he is owned by more than a quarter of managers. His West Ham side host a Crystal Palace side on Saturday and the Eagles are without a win in 2016 so the Hammers will be favourites. Payet pulls the strings for West Ham so will be key to any success the Irons have this week. A strong captaincy option.

Gamble – Harry Kane (LIV)

Harry Kane is arguably the league’s form player and has surely silenced any doubters labelling him a ‘one season wonder’. The England striker has 21 league goals in a Spurs side which could well win the league. The main thing which would put managers off captaining Kane would be his tough fixture away to Liverpool. His tough fixture means he is a risk but Kane has shown he has the class to score against any opponent.

I hope you now have a better idea about your captaincy. Good luck this week!
