So, without further ado, here is the FPL Updates team:

Premier Punt

So as usual we have banked with two teams to keep clean sheets, being Crystal Palace and Spurs. In goal we have Wayne Henessey and his team mate Joel Ward starts in front of him in defence. Our two other defenders in our back three consist of Tottenham’s Trippier and Alderweireld.

In the middle of the park we have 4 players that are crucial to their respective teams. Yohan Cabaye kicks things off, as Crystal Palace face off against Bournemouth. Jordan Henderson is our next midfielder and as the Liverpool skipper is crucial to any good form they have, he fIndus himself with a place in our team. Finally we have Ayew and Payet, who are both scoring some brilliant attacking fantasy football points of late and with games against West Brom and Aston Villa, we could see even more points from these two.

Finally, up top we have a power house front three of; Romelu Lukaku, Harry Kane and our captain Sergio Aguero. Hopefully more goals this week from these three.

Now onto FPL Avids and his team:

Premier Punt

All my eggs are in one basket for a clean sheet. Triple Palace against Bournemouth, in come; Hennessey, Ward and Souare. Risky but might pay off. James Collins completes my defence against Aston Villa.

Continuing with the West Ham theme, in midfield I’ve got Payet and Antonio at home to Aston Villa. Barkley also gets a spot in my team, mainly due to Newcastle being leaky at the back. Ayew is Swansea’s one hope of scoring goals and as West Brom are struggling to keep clean sheets like they normally, do he’s in! David Silva is gradually picking up form after injury and with De Bruyne out for 10 weeks he’ll have to step up to the plate.

Up top I’ve gone for Sergio Aguero and Romelu Lukaku. Aguero’s form and fixture couldn’t get much better – Sunderland who concede around 2 goals a game! Aguero who has scored 2 goals in his last 2 games. Another brace is on the cards? Lukaku did blank last week, but against Newcastle I think he’ll return to goal scoring form.

One thing that does worry me is not owning Kane or Alli but with Norwich almost winning against Liverpool, I reckon they’ll be up for it against Spurs.

Note: Both teams are subject to change. May the best FPL manager win!
