Differentials XI – FPL Gameweek 38 Tips – Fantasy Premier League Tips

Last week’s double game week was bitterly disappointing for the Differentials XI, but before we continue to dissect the team, here’s how the Differentials XI looked at the end of the gameweek:

So the 15 players had 30 outgoings between them only earned us 76 points. Our captain Tadic blanked in both games while Sane and Giroud were the only players to achieve double points across both games. If only we had the vice captaincy and captaincy the other way round!

Anyway, onto this week and we’re hoping we can finish the season with a green arrow!

Gabbiadini (OUT) -> Origi (IN)
Monreal (OUT) -> Lovren (IN)

With 2 free transfers I’ve brought in Origi and Lovren with Liverpool still having something to play for on the final day.

Here’s how the Differentials XI look going into the final week:

Starting XI: Lloris (8.2%), Lovren (4.8%), Evans (4.1%), Vertonghen (7.4%), Fuchs (5.6%), Mahrez (8.2%), Mkhitaryan (2.2%), Sane (7.3%), Chadli (1.4%), Giroud (4.0%), Origi (4.8%)

Bench: Foster (4.9%), Otamendi (3.2%), Tadic (2.1%), Deeney (5.2%)

In defence we are playing a back four and even benching Tadic after his recent displays! Hugo Lloris and Jan Vertonghen take a trip to face a relegated Hull City. New boy Dejan Lovren comes in against Middlesbrough, who are also relegated, whilst Christian Fuchs and Johnny Evans have Swansea and Bournemouth respectively. All of these fixtures have potential for clean sheets, fingers crossed!

In the middle of the park, Leyroy Sane remains as he was one of the few performers last week. Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Nacer Chadli get another opportunity to shine, although whether or not they will make the 2017/18 gameweek 1 team is yet to be seen. Riyad Mahrez gets the triple captain armband against free conceding Bournemouth side. In hide-sight, it probably would’ve been more beneficial to use it last week but the bench boost chip looked so attractive and hindsight is a lovely thing!

Up top we see Olivier Giroud and Divock Origi. Both players are playing for the Champions League positions, so there may just be a few goals in this game!
