Chelsea vs Liverpool

What a game we have this Friday night, and it definitely doesn’t get much bigger than this as the Merseysiders travel south to go head to head with the Blues of London. Liverpool come into this game after ransacking champions Leicester and they will definitely want to continue their surge for supremacy, while Chelsea are on the back of a disappointing draw away at the Liberty Stadium. Conte will be quite keen to supplement last week’s 1 point with 3 points this week. Expect it to be a fierce battle with both teams being hungry for the 3 points.

STAR MAN: Diego Costa (9.9m)

After having scored 2 last time out, the Spaniard will be wanting to get on the scoresheet again.

PREDICTION: Chelsea 2-1 Liverpool

Hull City vs Arsenal

Arsenal are starting to get into their stride having won each of their last 2 games and having delivered strong performances along the way. The Tigers on the other hand have been doing all it takes to justify their position in the Premier League and also have the results to go with it, having racked up 7 points in the last 4 games and therefore standing strong in the top half of the table. If Arsenal settle into the game quickly, it is only going to go one way.

STAR MAN: Alexis Sanchez (11.0m)

Aren’t these the games you wait for to captain Alexis?

PREDICTION: Hull City 0-3 Arsenal

Leicester vs Burnley

The champions have started the season pretty badly, having won just 1 of their last 4 games and this is definitely the game in which they need to turn things around in if they want to have any chance of having another shot at glory. Burnley themselves are on a miserable run of form, and we definitely can’t see them getting anything out of this game.

STAR MAN: Jamie Vardy (9.9m)

If he is on top notch form, Leicester will cruise to the 3 points.

PREDICTION: Leicester 2-0 Burnley

Manchester City vs Bournemouth

The Citizens are running every opposition ragged, having recently overpowered Mourinho’s United in the Manchester derby, and they sit comfortably at the top of the pile. While Bournemouth have just won 1 game in the last 4. We can’t see the Cherries taking home anything from this one.

STAR MAN: Raheem Sterling (8.2m)

The young English forward has started the season on a high and will definitely be looking to shine even more in Aguero’s absence.

PREDICTION: Manchester City 3-0 Bournemouth

West Brom vs West Ham

The Baggies became victims of a late goal last time out, having defended well all throughout the game. The Hammers were completely left dumbfounded by the turn of events that took place last weekend when Watford came back from 2 goals down to win by 2 goals to the good. Both sides will be desperate for the win, regardless of what they have to do to achieve it.

STAR MAN: Dimitri Payet (9.4m)

The Frenchman came back and came back strong with 2 assists. He will be looking to add to his tally once again against the Baggies.

PREDICTION: West Brom 0-2 West Ham

Everton vs Middlesbrough

Everton have been in great form under Koeman and their recent results prove that, whereas Boro, having suffered defeat at the hands of Palace, will be looking to bounce back strongly. In the form that Everton are in, a win seems a little to much of a step too far for Karanka’s men.

STAR MAN: Ross Barkley (7.7m)

Having kept quiet for the last two games he will be looking to prove a point.

PREDICTION: Everton 2-1 Middlesbrough

Watford vs Manchester United

Watford have been on and off this season but showed their calibre in the convincing win over the Hammers last week. Mourinho suffered his first United defeat against City and will be looking to get his team back to winning ways and get the three points.

STAR MAN: Zlatan Ibrahimovic (11.9m)

Who dare stop Zlatan after his comments to the defeat last weekend?

PREDICTION: Watford 1-2 Manchester United

Crystal Palace vs Stoke

Palace are on the back of a win against Boro and will be looking to continue this form going into the game against the Potters who just haven’t got going this season. With almost no potent attacking play they don’t seem to stand much of a chance against this Palace team.

STAR MAN: Christian Benteke (7.5m)

Scored in his last game and is looking to prove his calibre against a pretty out of shape Potters side.

PREDICTION: Crystal Palace 2-1 Stoke

Southampton vs Swansea

Having suffered an injury time defeat at the hands of the Gunners, the Saints will be looking to get back to winning ways when they play the Swans on home turf. Swansea, having earned a draw against the Blues are definitely in better form. Southampton will be looking to pick themselves up after a disappointing start to the season under the new manager.

STAR MAN: Shane Long (6.3m)

After a disappointing start to the season he will be looking to regain the form that he had in the back end of last season.

PREDICTION: Southampton 2-0 Swansea

Tottenham vs Sunderland

Sunderland will be looking to catch everyone by surprise with a result in this one, having earned just the single point thus far. On paper this looks like an easy win for the in form Spurs side who have started well this season.

STAR MAN: Harry Kane (10.9m)

He hasn’t quite got going this season and this might be just the game for him to produce the goods.

PREDICTION: Tottenham 3-1 Sunderland
