Gameweek 7 is done and dusted and the International Break has set in! Many of us will be wondering what to do this weekend with no Premier League or fantasy football! However, why suffer on both of these fronts, when you can join us in some World Cup Qualifiers fantasy football in our Premier Punt leagues?
With that being said, we are going to be running two different Premier Punt leagues this week; a FREE to enter league with a cash prize of £25 and a £2 entry £50 minimum pot league! If you fancy the chance of competing against us and many others over at Premier Punt, be sure to join us using the following steps:
In order to join the league, you need to follow some simple steps:
- Log-in or register on the Premier Punt website
- Once logged in, choose “Austria vs Wales” or “England vs Malta”
- Pick the team you think will beat us…
- Join the challenge “FPL Updates Freeroll WC 1” (Password: “PUNTW”) or “FPL Updates Game of the Week”
Here’s our line-ups:
Austria vs Wales
We don’t expect there too be too many goals in this game, as it see’s two even teams go head to head. Therefore, we have included two defenders from Wales, in the form of Ashley Williams and Ben Davies. We also have the Austrian shot stopper Robert Almer and his teammate David Alaba. If anyone is going to score it would likely be from the main man, Gareth Bale and we also have Joe Ledley in the squad, purely for his dance moves!
England vs Malta
This fixture could be one of the most one sided fixtures in a long time, however this is England we are talking about and we make everything harder than what it should be! That being said, we fully expect there to be a clean sheet, so in come Joe Hart, Chris Smalling and Kyle Walker. We aren’t going with a striker in this one, although we might change our mind when the line-ups come out. Therefore, in the middle of the park we start; Jordan Henderson, Deli Alli and one player from Malta… Adre Schembri.
Join our free to enter World Cup qualifiers fantasy football league. Enter the FPL Updates competition using password “PUNTW” and you can take on our team for part of the £25 pot of real cash.
