Bad week, good week? Well you’ve got the chance to make it even better this week.
Heres our preview, star players and predictions for gameweek 6!
Southampton vs Bournemouth
Two teams going along pretty well. Can the saints keep another clean sheet against free scoring Bournemouth
Star Man: Callum Wilson (£7.8m)
Had a great performance at the weekend and I expect him to continue his goalscoring form.
Prediction: Southampton 0 – 2 Bournemouth
Leicester vs Tottenham
Can the foxes turn around their poor result at Old Trafford against champions league weary Spurs? Or will Spurs continue their free scoring form after a 4-0 victory over Palace?
Star Man: Jamie Vardy (£8.9m)
Vardy can cause Spurs a lot more problems than Palace did at the weekend.
Prediction: Leicester 2 – 1 Spurs
Burnley vs Norwich
Amazing result for Norwich as they were victorious over Premier League Champions Manchester City. Turf Moor is a tough place to go though and Burnley will be up for the fixture after a disappointing 1-1 draw against Brighton.
Star Man: Teemu Pukki (£7.1m)
Fixture proof and in amazing form, surely the Pukki party will continue!
Prediction: Burnley 1-1 Norwich
Everton vs Sheffield United
Everton struggled at the weekend, but back at home I expect a win. Sheffield United on the other hand have started the season reasonably well with just two defeats and will be looking for an upset this weekend.
Star Man: Lucas Digne (£6.1m)
Digne roulette could produce a double pointer after a few disappointing point hauls.
Prediction: Everton 2-0 Sheffield United
Manchester City vs Watford
Watford may have turned a corner after appointing Quique and picking up their second point of the season, but Manchester City have to turn it on and not drop any more early season points. After loosing to Norwich, City will be keen to get back on track and keep up with Liverpool.
Star Man: Sergio Aguero (12.1)
Seems destined to score every week. Same again this week?
Prediction: Manchester City 4 – 1 Watford
Newcastle vs Brighton
Newcastle started well against Liverpool but tailed off, whilst Brighton threw away against Burnley win in the last minute. Both teams will be keen to get the victory and this could be a close fixture.
Star Man: Joelinton (£5.9m)
Looks hit and miss, but could get some decent chances against an attacking Brighton side.
Prediction: Newcastle 2 – 2 Brighton
Crystal Palace vs Wolves
Two teams who took a hiding last week with 4-0 and 2-5 losses respectively in gameweek 5. I expect both to be tighter at the back and keen to get back on track with a victory in gameweek 6.
Star Man: Wilfried Zaha (£6.8m)
This is the kind of game where Zaha can make the difference.
Prediction: Crystal Palace 1 – 0 Wolves
West Ham vs Manchester United
Manchester United may have Pogba and Martial back, so we could see a more potent red devils. West Ham on the other hand have started the season well and are sitting in the top half of the of the league and will be looking to cause an upset this weekend.
Star Man: Marcus Rashford (£8.5m)
Looks like United’s biggest threat.
Prediction: West Ham 1 – 2 Manchester United
Arsenal vs Aston Villa
Arsenal need a result at home against a very unpredictable Villa side. They struggled to a 2-2 draw with Watford and will need to brush aside a Villa side who have not had the best start to the season with just one victory.
Star Man: Aubameyang (£11.0m)
Looks like the Striker to be on for the next few weeks.
Prediction: Arsenal 3 – 1 Aston Villa
Chelsea vs Liverpool
This weekends main event ends the gameweek with two attacking sides and Liverpool still maintaining their 100% record. I think Chelsea are getting better week by week and I think they will cause Liverpool problems this gameweek.
Star Man: Tammy Abraham (£7.3m)
The youngster is truly is on fire!
Prediction: Chelsea 2 – 2 Liverpool
