Users must select 1 Goalkeeper, 1 Defender, 1 Midfielder, 1 Forward, and a FLEX. The FLEX position is a fifth and final player that can be any outfield player, to complete a Fantasy Fives line-up they think will win them the most points for the Quarter Final games at Euro 2016.
As the £1,000 contest will run for 4 days, here are the kick-off times and fixtures in which you’ll need to pick your five-a-side team from.
Poland vs. Portugal (Thursday 30th June 2016, 20:00)
Wales vs. Belgium (Friday 1st July 2016, 20:00)
Germany vs. Italy (Saturday 2nd July 2016, 20:00)
France vs. Iceland (Sunday 3rd July 2016, 20:00)
Please note that the £1000.00 Freeroll will start on Thursday 30th June 2016 @ 20:00 BST, and will end as the full-time whistle is blown for the France vs. Iceland game on Sunday 3rd July 2016.
This means that you’re not required to pick a tournament-long squad, instead, you need only pick what YOU think will be the best 5-a-side team for the above 4 fixtures.
There are NO player salaries or team budgets – this allows you to pick your ultimate 5-a-side lineup, without any restrictions. You’re also able to pick as many players as you like from any one team, so long as your team matches the required formation criteria.
Please note that you can enter only ONE TEAM to this Euro 2016 contest – However, you can edit and make unlimited changes to your team up until the contest kicks off at 20:00 on Thursday.
Prize money? Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten to mention that. The £1,000 prize pool will be won by the top 20 teams in the Live Leaderboard when the contest closes.
Here’s how the cash will be broken down and paid out:
1st – £250.00
2nd – £100.00
3rd – £70.00
4th to 10th – £40.00 (each)
11th to 20th – £30.00 (each)
