As soon as you have signed up you will receive a FREE ticket that will give you entry into the £100 prize league this week.
Anyway, without further ado, here’s our team:
Defence
At the back we have spread our 4 players across 2 teams; Arsenal and Manchester United. From Manchester United we have David De Gea and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who face an away trip to Sheffield United on the Sunday. United haven’t had a clean sheet since gameweek 5, however we are hoping their defensive form will improve this week. Our two players from Arsenal are Callum Chambers and David Luiz as these two host Southampton in the 3pm game. Fingers crossed for 4 clean sheets!
Midfielders
We play a 3-4-3 this week, with Anthony Martial starting our midfield off. The French midfielder has seemingly turned a corner of late, having scored once and assisted twice in his last 3 fixtures, hopefully this form continues. James Maddison is our second midfielder who also has been in good form of late, with 2 goals Watford star man, Gerrard Deulofeu has scored twice and assisted once in his last 2 Premier League fixtures, whilst The Hornets face Burnley this gameweek. Mohamed Salah is our final player in the middle of the park. Having been rested during the international break, we are hoping he will have recovered from his knock and be raring to go against Palace this weekend. If there is any indication give in the press conference that he won’t play, it’ll be a straight swap for Saido Mane.
Forwards
Our front three include Raul Jimenez, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Cenk Tosun. Jimenez has scored 3 times in his last 4 games, compared to once in his last 8 games. As Wolves play Bournemouth this week, Jimenez could be finding the back of the net once again this week as they conceded two against Newcastle last week. Aubameyang and Arsenal host Southampton who have scored the fewest goals this season, in a game that could see the Gunners score big, surely there won’t be an upset at the Emirates? Our final player is a bit of a punt, but with Kean seemingly not a threat to the forward, Tosun is in as he and Everton face an out of form Norwich this gameweek.
