FPL Updates XI – Gameweek 26 – FPL Tips

Gameweek 25 was a bit of a damp squib after last week’s heroics. 59 points, 8 blanks and another captain haul to save my bacon. This side needs a bit of a shakeup and I’ll be keeping BGW28 in the back of my mind.

There was a similar theme to last week as we were bailed out by a certain team. If you take away the 3 Liverpool players, every single player blanked!

Maupay and Lundstram were both dropped and Traore dislocated his shoulder in his first game for the side.

On to the point scorers, Robbo and TAA both kept clean sheets. Salah braced and scooped maximum bonus, matching his DGW score in a single game.

Transfers: Maupay -> Jimenez

McCarthy’s Southampton has some strong fixtures coming up, so I’m hoping The Saints tighten up again. The Liverpool duo travel to Norwich and will be looking to make it 8 in 9 clean sheets. Sidibé is at home to Palace before he’s got some horrible fixtures.

The almost essential, inform Salah travels to Norwich where he scored and assisted against in gameweek 1. Grealish plays Spurs at home. He’s been hot and cold recently and he looks due. Traore should be fit as his game takes place in the second week against Leicester. Their defence has been much poorer in the absence of Ndidi. KDB plays at home to West Ham in one of the best fixtures of the gameweek.

Vardy is due a goal and was unlucky not to get something last week, I feel Wolves will be a tough tie for Vardy. Ings is at home to Burnley and has now had 3 blanks on the trot. Jimenez finally comes in to double up on the Wolves attackers.

Captain – Salah. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Any changes between now and the deadline will be updated in the members WhatsApp group and Slack Channel. There’s still a lot of team news to come out that could affect the side. You can use code “FPLJUNIOR” for 20% off membership to access said groups and the £1,000 cash league. Join here.
