Gameweek 26 Differentials – Fantasy Football Tips

This article will highlight 5 differentials (under 5% ownership) across a variety of positions to help push managers up the ranks over the coming gameweeks starting in gameweek 26.

Ryan Bertrand (£4.8m) – Southampton – 0.7% TSB

Playing at Left back he has the possibility for attacking returns and his heatmap shows he gets up and down that left side a lot during the match. In gameweek 26, Southampton host a Burnley side who have struggled in front of goal recently and not taken chances they create. Also, after this they play Villa, West Ham, Newcastle and Norwich so there is a lot of potential for clean sheets as well as attacking returns for Bertrand. Jack Stephens at £4.4m and 3.0% owned is also a good differential if the budget doesn’t stretch to Bertrand.

Nathan Redmond (£6.2m) – Southampton – 0.9% TSB

Redmond has always been a player close to breaking into our teams and I feel now could be the time. 15 points in the last 2 gameweek’s combined as well as a very impressive assist in the FA cup replay against Spurs on Wednesday night. Also, with JWP potentially injured more weight will fall on his shoulders going forward meaning he should be even more involved. In gameweek 26 Southampton host Burnley who have been mixed this season. As like Bertrand, there is a high possibility that Redmond could be kept medium term due to upcoming fixtures.

Aaron Mooy (£4.8m) – Brighton – 0.8% TSB

Mooy has looked key to the Brighton defence and will need to keep up his form if they expect to stay in the league. Mooy has 2 double digits returns in his last 5 starts both coming at home to weaker opponents. In gameweek 26 they face another in Watford who looked to be turning a positive corner but recent results beg to differ. This fixture is followed by Crystal Palace at home 2 weeks later. Both games he has scored in his last 5 he has returned 3 bonus which is especially impressive against Bournemouth where he was only involved in 1 of 4 goals.

Lucas Moura (£7.1m) – Tottenham – 4.8% TSB

Since Kane has been injured Lucas has been rotating the ST position with Son which earns him an assist in gameweek 25 at home to city as well as a goal in the FA cup replay at home to Southampton. In gameweek 26 Spurs travel to Aston Villa who have been far from strong defensively and their shift to 3 at the back could offer room in behind for Moura. Spurs also now have a week off so he should be nailed to start as he is fully rested and Mourinho is lacking in attacking options.

Gabriel Martinelli (£4.6m) – Arsenal – 3.9% TSB

He has 1 blank in his last 3 matches and he was selected over Pepe with 17 points. In gameweek 26, Arsenal host Newcastle who will be forced to sit and defend all game. Arsenal were held to a 0-0 draw with a Burnley but they had plenty of good chances to score with 13 shots so they should not be judged on this. After Newcastle they face Everton and West Ham at home so there is definitely potential to hold him longer than this gameweek. Also priced at 4.6 it’s very easy to bench him if he doesn’t start making it easy to get him in.

Thank you all for reading! I hope it was helpful and I will be back again next week with the same article.
