Gameweek 16 Differentials – Fantasy Football Tips

As one gameweek passes another arrives. This article will look at 5 players selected by under 5% of managers that could be strong differentials for gameweek 16 for a one week punt or beyond to push managers up the overall rankings.

Gabriel Jesus (£9.6m) – Manchester City – 3.5% TSB

With Aguero out injured, Jesus has really stepped into the Argentine’s shoes, having scored a brace in their 1-4 victory over Burnley. In just 635 minutes of play this season, Jesus has managed 5 goals and 2 assists, showing just what he could do with a bit more regular football. This week they host Manchester United and we expect City to put on a show and keep the pressure on Liverpool, looking to their young striker to find the back of the net.

Mesut Ozil (£7.2m) – Arsenal – 0.9% TSB

Arsenal are not in form, however if they are to find the back of the net, Ozil is likely to be the creator! The German has assisted twice in the last two games, whilst also providing the assist for the goal that was ruled out in the midweek fixture. Arsenal play West Ham this gameweek, a fixture which could be tight, but one that could need Ozil to produce some magic.

Jonny Evans (£5.1m) – Leicester – 3.4% TSB

Leicester are in terrific form and have two great fixtures coming up against Aston Villa and Norwich, so any Leicester coverage in your fantasy teams will be wise! Evans is owned by just 3.4% of fantasy managers and picked up an assist in gameweek 15 against Watford, finding himself in the team of the week.

Diogo Jota (£6.1m) – Wolves – 3.1% TSB

Many fantasy managers are shipping out Jimenez this week after his blank in gameweek 15, however Wolves do play Brighton this gameweek, which could see goals. However, this week we are tipping Jota to get in on the action, after only having found the back of the net once this season. Many FPL managers expected Wolves to struggle with the pressures of the Europa League, however they have been quite the opposite and they will be looking to pick up a win this week.

Kurt Zouma (£4.7m) – Chelsea – 1.9% TSB

Chelsea face manager-less Everton this week which should be an easy win for the Blues when considering the form that the Toffees are in. Zouma has seemingly nailed down his spot at centre back, albeit picking up only 2 cleansheets in the 14 games he has played. Not only does he provide the opportunity of a clean sheet against an out of form Everton side, he does provide some attacking threat from set pieces.
